International Orders:
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges that are not collected at checkout. Delivery times may vary because of customs processing.
Order Changes and Shipping Issues:
Please contact us as soon as possible at pureharvestco.store@gmail.com if you need to correct a shipping address or report a delivery problem. We’ll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and photos of the damage. If your package is delayed or appears lost, contact us so we can help investigate with the shipping carrier.
Some orders may ship in separate packages if products come from different fulfillment locations. You may receive more than one tracking number.
